The following Terms and Conditions apply to the use of this Web site as well as all transactions conducted through the site.

  • All notices from North American Traveler, LLC to You may be posted on our Web site and will be deemed delivered within thirty (30) days after posting. Notices from You to North American Traveler, LLC shall be made either by e-mail, sent to the address we provide on our Web site, or first class mail to our address at:

    Delivery shall be deemed to have been made by You to North American Traveler, LLC five (5) days after the date sent.

    Are mailed or e-mailed 30-14 days prior to departure.  Method depends upon each show and how they deliver tickets to us.  All rail tickets will be picked up at the rail station with your record locator.  The record locator will be included with your final document.

    CANCELLATIONS / REFUNDS / CHANGES

    • No refunds on packages inside of 45 days. 
    • Refunds VARY if show or event tickets are included.  Please inquire.
    • Cancellation Fee of 10% applies to all reservations cancelled after money has been received. 
    • Some exceptions may apply for special event tickets, but you will be informed prior to booking.
    • No changes to packages inside of 10 days
    • No fees for changes outside of 45 days prior so long as all components are still available and all fares have not changed.  Customer is responsible for any change in price due to a change. 
    • Change fees for packages inside of 45 days  is $20
